  • Customers who have previously received a "first month free" offer from us are not eligible for this promotion again.

  • The 12-month contract must be fully executed within the promotion period to qualify.

  • Offer is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

Other Terms

  • Standard rates apply after the first free month.

  • Early termination of the 12-month contract may result in applicable cancellation fees.

  • This promotion may not be combined with any other offer or discount unless expressly stated.

  • The provider reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice, but changes will not affect contracts already executed under these terms before any modification.

Terms and Conditions
 

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of residential and commercial cleaning services provided by [Sparkly Rooms LLC] (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to the client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”).

By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Services Provided

We provide cleaning services as detailed in your service agreement or booking confirmation. Service scope, frequency, and special requests must be confirmed in writing.

2. Contract Term

Standard service contracts are for a period of 12 months unless otherwise agreed. Contracts automatically renew unless cancelled with 30 days’ notice before the renewal date.

3. Payment Terms

  • Services are billed monthly, with invoices due upon receipt or by the due date stated.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit card, ACH, or other methods approved by the Company.

  • A late fee may apply to invoices unpaid after 7 days.

  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ written notice.

 

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued if both parties agree in writing to the refund amount and conditions.

  • Partial service days or dissatisfaction alone do not automatically entitle a refund.

5. Early Termination

  • Contracts cancelled before the end of the 12-month term may incur an early termination fee.

  • If services were rendered under a promotion, the early termination fee will apply according to the promotional terms signed at the time of agreement.

 

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.

 

7. Access & Safety

  • You must ensure our staff have access to the premises during the scheduled service time.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are hazardous or unsafe for our staff.

 

8. Damage and Liability

  • We carry general liability insurance and take all reasonable precautions to prevent damage to your property during the provision of services.

  • Any damage believed to be caused by our services must be reported in writing within 24 hours of service completion. Claims submitted after this period may not be honored.

The Company shall not be held responsible for:

​

  • Pre-existing damage to the property or its contents.

  • Improperly installed, unstable, or fragile fixtures, furniture, or equipment.

  • Normal wear and tear resulting from routine cleaning activities.

  • Theft, loss, or any other claim that is not directly attributable to the actions of our employees while performing duties within the agreed scope of work. This includes, but is not limited to, incidents involving third parties, residents, guests, or contractors unaffiliated with the Company.

  • We recommend that Clients secure valuables and confidential materials prior to scheduled service visits. The Company makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the protection or safekeeping of items not directly handled during cleaning operations.

 

9. Additional Charges

  • No additional charges will be made without prior written approval from both parties.

  • Extra services outside the original scope may incur additional fees.

 

10. Conduct

  • Our team members are trained and professional.

  • Abuse, threats, or harassment toward staff will result in immediate service termination with no refund.

 

11. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy and will only use your information to provide services and communication related to your account.

  • We do not sell or share your information with third parties without consent.

 

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, strikes, or pandemics.

 

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee Agreement


Sparkly Rooms LLC

This Satisfaction Guarantee Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Sparkly Rooms LLC ("Company") and the undersigned client ("Client") and applies to all services rendered under a 12-month service contract.


1. Satisfaction Guarantee Scope


Sparkly Rooms LLC offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all cleaning services covered by an active 12-month contract. If the Client is not satisfied with the quality of service performed on any scheduled cleaning date, the Client may request a service re-do.


2. Re-Cleaning Policy
 

  • The Company will dispatch a different cleaning team to repeat the service at no additional cost to the Client.

  • Re-cleaning requests must be made within 24 hours of the original service date.

  • A maximum of two (2) re-cleanings per service visit may be requested for the same issue, provided they occur on consecutive service dates and are reported in a timely manner.

  • After the second re-clean, the job will be deemed resolved.
     

3. Exclusions
 

This guarantee does not apply to:

  • Services performed outside of the regular agreed-upon scope of work.

  • Areas or items that were not accessible or prepared for cleaning.

  • Customer dissatisfaction due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., damage not caused by cleaning crew, pest infestations, structural conditions).
     

4. 12-Month Contract Condition
 

This satisfaction guarantee is valid only for clients with active 12-month cleaning contracts in good standing. If the contract is terminated early, this guarantee becomes void effective the termination date.
 

5. Remedy Limitation
 

The sole and exclusive remedy under this guarantee is re-performance of the cleaning services. Under no circumstances shall Sparkly Rooms LLC be liable for consequential damages, lost business, or emotional distress related to service dissatisfaction.
 

6. Amendment and Enforcement
 

This policy may be amended only in writing and must be signed by both parties. By signing below, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Satisfaction Guarantee.
